• Assessment responses: the answers you provide in each diagnostic.
• Usage data: pages visited and time spent on the platform.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information.

Assessment answers before you create an account. You may answer an assessment's questions before registering. Until you register, your answers are held only in your own browser and are not sent to our servers. If you close your browser or clear its storage without registering, the answers are not transmitted to us and we cannot recover them. When you register and choose to save your result, the answers are sent to us once and stored with your account and, where applicable, your organization.

We use your information to:

• Deliver your assessment results and reports.
• Benchmark your results against industry data.
• Improve the platform and its content.

03How we store and protect your data

• Data is stored on Railway PostgreSQL infrastructure.
• All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
• Access is restricted through role-based permissions.
• We conduct regular security reviews.

04Data sharing

• We do not sell your data.
• Individual answers are never shared. Overall scores are visible to your company leadership, and anonymized scores contribute to industry benchmarks unless your company turns that off.
• We use aggregated, anonymized benchmarks to improve industry comparisons.

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account.
• Export your assessment results.

• We use preference cookies to remember your language.
• We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

07Anonymous usage events

Anonymous usage events. To understand where visitors stop, we record which steps of an assessment are reached (for example, question answered, registration reached) together with a random identifier stored in your browser and the referring site's domain. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, account or organization, and we do not use it for advertising.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of any material changes.
