01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ODX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

02Invitation-only access

ODX is available by invitation only. Access requires a valid ODX invitation code issued by your organization or by ODX. You are responsible for keeping your code confidential.

03User accounts and responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access data that is not yours.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.
  • Reproduce, resell, or redistribute the platform or its content.

05Assessment results

Assessment results are provided for internal organizational use. They are diagnostic guidance, not legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions made based on them.

06Intellectual property

ODX owns all rights to the platform, its assessment methodology, content, and design. You may use your own results, but you may not copy or reuse the platform’s methodology or materials without written permission.

07Confidentiality of results

Your individual assessment results are confidential. ODX will not disclose them to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

08Limitation of liability

ODX is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ODX is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

09Termination of access

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ODX operates. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
